- And quite illegal.

- Eh, excuse me, but the very CD we're talking about here contains many
- programs that are still in production, including two game titles and one
- assembler distributed in the US by the company I work for. The theives who
- crack and illegally distribute programs make no distinction between
- current or old titles, and neither do I -- illegal is illegal.
-
- Any idea why there are no new games for the 64? Companies like ours can't
- sell them, because users can simply download a few hundred cracked games
- anytime they please. Meanwhile, the 64 market is dying because no-one will
- bother to write programs they can't sell.

-
- Absolutely correct. Emulators that contain proprietary code being
- distributed illegally do not belong on the market. And the scum
- distributing it belong in jail. Anyone knowingly buying such items are
- accessories, and deserve no better than those selling it.
